The Plan
A vaulted primary suite, and a loggia off the family room.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor: a guest room with its own bath, and a primary bedroom under a vaulted ceiling in the back corner, beside a loggia that opens from the family room. A separate dining room keeps the kitchen clear for cooking. Upstairs, two more bedroom suites sit on either side of a pair of bonus rooms.
